The candidates will have to apply through ONLINE Mode only by logging into the website > Recriutment > Recruitment Portal between 28/09/2022 (Wednesday) to 27/10/2022 (Thursday)

Candidates must check the following before filling the online applications (Pre-requisites):

  1. Valid E-mail ID (Gmail/Yahoo is recommended) which must remain active till the admission process is over.
  2. A scanned copy of recent color passport size photo in JPG format not exceeding 30 KB.
  3. Scanned copy of candidate's signature in JPG format not exceeding 30 KB, for uploading in the online application form.
  4. Scanned copies of all required documents merged in a single PDF file not exceeding 5 MB. Please check the List of Documents required to upload in the Official Notice File.

Instructions to be followed by the candidates to fill up online Application form.


  1. Candidates are strictly advised to read the Instructions given in the HOME page of the application portal first.
  2. Candidates are advised to proceed by clicking on 'APPLY ONLINE' button at the bottom of the page, only if he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria for the post.
  3. Candidates are required to fill all the fields in Application Registration page with correct information carefully followed by clicking on 'Submit' button. The Name, Date of Birth and Email ID provided during registration cannot be changed / corrected later. Name and DOB should be in accordance with the High school Certificate.
  4. On successful registration, candidate will get a 'Registration Reference ID' displayed on the screen and same will be forwarded to his/her registered Email ID. If the mail is not found in Inbox, please check Spam/Junk folder also. Reference ID will be used as secured password for next steps of the Application process.
  5. After generation of 'Registration Reference ID', the Application Form can be filled up by logging in with the registered Email ID, Date of Birth and Password (Registration Reference ID) before the last date.


  1. Candidates will be automatically logged in after Registration; else they have to click on 'CHECK STATUS' button to login for filling up Online Application Form.
  2. After successful login, candidates will be redirected to 'APPLICANT HOME' page.
  3. Candidates are required to fill up the required details in Block letters. Incomplete Application must be saved by clicking 'SAVE APPLICATION' button. However completion of the Personal Information part is mandatory for saving the application. Application should be submitted finally only when all the sections of the Application Form i.e. Personal Information, Qualifications, Experience Records, uploading of all relevant documents viz. Photo, Signature Specimen and other Supporting Certificates are uploaded/filled up.
  4. The application can be edited until it is finally submitted. Once the Application is submitted, the details provided will be considered as final and no changes in this regard will be accepted at any time during the selection process. Candidates may download Application Form in PDF format for future reference.

STEP 3: DOWNLOADING ADMIT CARD/CALL LETTER for Examination / Interview / Documents Verification

  1. After closing date of Online Application process and verification of all submitted Applications, eligible candidates will be called for Examination / Interview / Documents Verification. Those candidates would be able to download the ADMIT CARD / CALL LETTER for the Examination / Interview / Dcouments Verification. They may download the same from the 'APPLICANT HOME' page of the portal. You must login to reach your Applicant Home page.
  2. Click on 'DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD / CALL LETTER' button and take a printout. Venue of Examination/Interview Centre Name, Address, Date and Time of Examination/Interview will be mentioned in the Admit Card. Reach the Examination/Interview centre before half an hour of the mentioned time.
